Dr. Schirin Groß-Yachkaschi

Ms Groß-Yachkaschi has been working as organisational development consultant, trainer and coach since 2001. She accompanies leaders, teams and organisations in their development and learning processes, by holding safe spaces in which profound change can take place. Hereby, she focusses on resources and solutions, by centring the inquiry on existing competences and strengths.

As part of her studies, she theoretically and practically engaged with organizational development, leadership, communication and dialogue.

In the context of New Work, Schirin is trained in Agile Organisational Accompanyment and supports enterprises on their way towards collegial leadership. She is a member of the Gilde Agile Organisationsentwicklung, where she can further develop the approach and learn collectively.

Her current interest lies in researching regenerative forms of collaboration and leadership. She is part of a research group that formed out of the sustainability circle of the Gilde in 2022.
